Currently during Lock-down
March – June 2020.

Just across the road from my home and studio is ‘Broadwater Lake’ which has proved a vital source of inspiration throughout the lock-down period …. and beyond! Every opportunity to walk across to capture a dramatic sky and I am there ready with camera and sketch book.

The sunsets were always inspiring and dramatic especially when reflected in the water, and a great source of material for my painting.

To the back of my home and studio is the River Wey so any fantastic Sunrises I rush down (taking a couple of minutes) to capture the rising sun and its effect in the clouds
